These workshops will focus on how to diversify applicant pools, eliminate biases and potential discrimination in the evaluation of qualifications and identify missteps in the sorting and selection of potential candidates.

This speaker series will be a 3 part event addressing diversity, equity and inclusion in Athletic Training, Healthcare and Leadership. We will discuss key components of leadership, understanding diversity and advocating for change in your community and state. This event series has been made possible by the generous grant support of the National Athletic Trainers Association Ethnic Diversity Advisory Committee.
