As we continue our commitment to diversity and inclusion, it is important to ensure that our process is fair and equitable. These workshops will focus on how to diversify applicant pools, eliminate biases and potential discrimination in the evaluation of qualifications and identify missteps in the sorting and selection of potential candidates.
