Program Licensure Outcomes | The Masters of Science program in Communication Sciences and Disorders at The University of Mississippi is accredited by the Council on Academic Accreditation in Audiology and Speech-Language Pathology of the American Speech-Language Hearing Association (CAA of ASHA). Upon graduation, students are eligible to complete their clinical fellowship year and sit for the national exams, thereby completing standards for national certification.
Individuals must meet state regulations, determined by occupational settings, for the state in which they wish to practice. Compliance with state regulatory requirements is mandatory, and the only avenue towards legal practice. |
