UM/UMMC Research Day

• NEW Date to save: UM/UMMC Research Day 4/26/19 – Oxford

  The fifth annual UM/UMMC Research Day will be held Friday, April 26th, 2019 at the Jackson Avenue Center (JAC), in Oxford, MS.

  ORSP will post a UM Today message in March with instructions for registration and abstract submissions. The schedule is to be determined, but past research days have run from 10am to 3pm and featured 3 minute lectures by faculty/researchers, a poster session for faculty and students, speed networking sessions, lunch, and one or more keynote addresses.

Program Development Specialists

• Identify the specialist who is your research advocate and develop a relationship early in your research career.

Integrity & Compliance

• Responsible conduct of research, including online CITI training and NIH-specific requirements.

Conducting Research with Human Subjects

• Frequently required research certifications for human subjects.

Student Consumer Information Disclosures
